<br /> ' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
<br /> ' BY THIS BOND , we WPC Industrial Contractors LTD . , as Principal , and
<br /> Fidelity and Deposit Co . of Ma land a
<br /> corporation , as Surety , are held and firmly bound unto the County of Indian River, Florida , in the
<br /> ' sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Seven Thousand and Eighty Dollars ( $ 2 , 707 , 080 . 00 ) ,
<br /> amounting to 100% of the total bid price . For the payment of said sum we bind ourselves , our
<br /> heirs , executors , administrators and assigns , jointly and severally , for the faithful performance of
<br /> ' a certain written Contract , dated the day of , 2003 , entered into
<br /> between the Principal and the County of Indian River, for:
<br /> Project Name : South R . O . WTP Clearwell Addition , Post Treatment Modifications ,
<br /> and FRP Piping Replacement
<br /> County Project Bid Number : 5074
<br /> ' Project Location : South Regional Water Treatment Plant
<br /> ' Project Description : Furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct a post treatment
<br /> facility and odor control system, including but not limited to ; two degasifiers , a two stage wet
<br /> ' scrubber system and all associated piping, recirculation pumps , blowers, and duct work, a
<br /> concrete clearwell structure including excavation, backfill , grading, yard piping and valve
<br /> installation, installation of three 50 HP vertical turbine transfer pumps with variable
<br /> ' frequency drives including all electrical power and controls, painting, sodium hydroxide and
<br /> sodium hypochlorite chemical system improvements , including bulk tanks , metering pumps,
<br /> FRP piping replacement of raw water, pretreatment water, concentrate , and permeate with
<br /> ' HDPE and stainless steel , four (4) cartridge filter vessels , piping , valves, testing of piping,
<br /> and bacteriological clearance of system, as depicted on the drawings and described in these
<br /> ' documents . Furnish construction trailer(s) including all setup , monthly charges and removal
<br /> costs . The size and quantity shall be determined by the contractor. The trailer(s) shall
<br /> remain on-site for the duration of the project and be equipped with power, phone lines , and
<br /> ' air conditioning . At least one trailer shall be provided for the purpose of project meeting
<br /> described in Section 01200, and shall include 8 chairs (min), table(s) , fax machine and phone,
<br /> and have a 2 -phone line service to trailer.
<br /> ' A copy of said Contract is incorporated herein by reference and is made a part hereof as iffully
<br /> copied herein . C
<br /> ' NOW , THEREFORE , THE CONDITIONSF
<br /> O THIS OBLIGATION ARE SUCH , that , if the c
<br /> Principal shall promptly make payments to all claimants , as herein below defined , then this
