' 4 . include contractual liability insurance covering extended coverage , theft , vandalism and malicious
<br /> CONTRACTOR's indemnity obligations under para- mischief, earthquake, collapse , debris removal ,
<br /> graphs 6 . 07 , 6. 11 , and 6 .20; demolition occasioned by enforcement of Laws and
<br /> ' Regulations , water damage, and such other perils or
<br /> 5. contain a provision or endorsement that the causes of loss as may be specifically required
<br /> by the
<br /> coverage afforded will not be canceled , materially Supplementary Conditions ;
<br /> changed or renewal refused until at least thirty days
<br /> prior written notice has been given to OWNER and 3 . include expenses incurred in the repair or
<br /> CONTRACTOR and to each other additional insured replacement of any insured property ( including but not
<br /> identified in the Supplementary Conditions to whom a limited to fees and charges of engineers and architects );
<br /> certificate of insurance has been issued (and the
<br /> certificates of insurance furnished by the CONTRAC- 4 . cover materials and equipment stored at the Site
<br /> ' TOR pursuant to paragraph 5 . 03 will so provide); or at another location that was agreed to in writing by
<br /> OWNER prior to being incorporated in the Work,
<br /> 6. remain in effect at least until final payment and at provided that such materials and equipment have been

<br /> ' 5. 06 Property Insurance C. All the policies of insurance (and the certificates or
