EXHIBIT I <br /> ATTACHMENT I <br /> INDIAN RIVER UTILITIES DEPARTMENT <br /> NORTH COUNTY BRINE DISPOSAL <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Amendment No . 8 modifies the scope of work in Work Order No . 1 as issued to Ecotech <br /> Consultants , Inc . for assisting the County with permitting , design , and construction management <br /> services . This amendment provides for site inspection services extending beyond the <br /> Contractor ' s completion date . <br /> Amendment No . 8 is being implemented at this time to provide professional engineering services <br /> by Ecotech Consultants , Inc . and Masteller & Moler, Inc . associated with the project described <br /> above . The additional work to be performed as part of this Amendment will generally include <br /> contract administration and construction observation for the engineering works associated with <br /> the project . <br /> A brief description of the scope of services for this Amendment is provided below : <br /> Task 1 . Contract Administration and Construction Observation <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc . will provide administration services and project observation for added <br /> requirements of the FDEP after the project began ( additional silt screen , turbidity barrier and <br /> boardwalk modification ) . <br /> ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
