Therefore, it <br />hereby supercedes anything to the contrary in the Bidding Requirements or contract Documents. This <br />ADDENDUM is hereby made a part of the subject Bidding and Contract Documents. <br />The subject addendum was generated from the questions raised by a plan holder. The question and the <br />answer are indicated below: <br />l . There may be excess dirt for this project. Who will retain ownership of any excess excavated <br />u1awi iaia <br />Please refer to Division 1- General Requirements, under Section 01009 -Special provisions in your <br />contract documents for detail specifications. The pertinent specification from the contract document is <br />quoted below. <br />"All salvageable material and equipment for which specific use, relocation or other disposal is not <br />specifically noted, shall remain the property of the OWNER and shall be delivered to the OWNER <br />at the following location: 4550 41St Street, at the CONTRACTOR's expense. All material and <br />equipment not in salvageable condition, as determ�nined by the ENGINEER and the OWNER, shall <br />be disposed of by the CONTRACTOR, at the CdNTRACTOR's expense." <br />The Bid shall contain an acknowledgment of receipt of all Addenda, the numbers of which shall be <br />filled in on the Bid form. <br />
