Commissioner Waddell then moved that the former motion be revoked <br />and that the matter be tabled until the next meeting of the Board. <br />The'Motion was seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried. <br />The Engineer reported that the Zoning Commission has tentatively <br />approved and recommended that the Zoning Regulations be changed' by <br />adding a District known as R2B Multi -Family which would allow duplex <br />units of 500 square feet floor area and apartments of 400 square feet <br />floor area. Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner Haffield and unanimously carried, that the recommendation <br />of the Zoning Commission be teutativelyti:approved and that public <br />hearings be held. <br />The County Engineer reported that the Zoning Commission has <br />tentatively approved the re -zoning of the Gifford area as advertized <br />and on Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, the Board tentatively approved the <br />recommendation of the Zoning Commission and ordered that a public hearing <br />be held at 9:00 o'clock A. M. on June 22, 1966. <br />The County Engineer stated that he had studied the bids received <br />this morning and has'.determined that the bids accepted meet specifications.♦ <br />Tne Engineer stated that he wanted the Board to realize that <br />he has issued a permit for a service station, packing house and <br />warehouse in the area between 600° and 1600' south of Oslo Road <br />in the area which was tentatively approved to be rezoned. <br />The County Engineer recommended that the paving of Oslo Road <br />from Ranch Road to 90th Avenue be deleted from the County Road Program <br />because I-95 will pass Oslo between Ranch Road and 90th Avenue <br />according to information received from the consulting engineering firm <br />in Jacksonville; and suggested that mile of construction be shifted <br />because of re -construction which would occur.
