A letter was received from Mr. Trent stating that he has assigned <br />a 1952 Chevrolet 11 ton Pickup truck to the Civil Defense Communications <br />to be used during any emergency and to be run each week to keep it in <br />operating condition. and requested the Board to advise him regarding <br />insurance. It was the opinion of the Board that due to the age and <br />condition of the vehicle, it would not be worthwhile to run it. <br />On Motion by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, the following Item to Item transfers <br />were approved: <br />ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND <br />A/C FROM <br />834-2 Reserve for Future Equipment $ 14,000.00 <br />834-1 New Machinery & Equipment <br />415 Free Labor 5,000.00 <br />422 Maintenance of Equipment <br />TO <br />$ 14,000.00 <br />5,000.00 <br />911 Municipal Road Taxes 24,500.00 <br />431 Rd, Bridge & Culvert Material 24,500.00 <br />452 Expense, Procuring Right -of way 2,400.00 <br />424 Administrative Expense 2,400.00 <br />GENERAL FUND <br />951 Reserve for Contingencies 200.00 <br />564.1 Welfare Office Expense 200.00 <br />.11 <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct, were approved and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, Nos. <br />5521 to 5541, both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 3592 to 3608, <br />bothinclusive Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of <br />the Clerk of the Circu±t Court, the warrants so issued from the re- <br />spective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book and pro- <br />vided by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and <br />list so recorded, being made a part of these minutes. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board then adjourned. <br />ATTEST: <br />RAL HARRIS, CLERK <br />ROBERT W.
