CONTRACTOR shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The <br />work is generally described as follows which shall include, but is not necessarily limited to the <br />following: <br />Indian River County (IRC) proposes to construct potable water, non -potable <br />water and wastewater improvements generally within the Florida Department <br />of Transportation (FDOT) right-of-way of State Road 60 (SR 60) between the <br />8300 block of SR 60 (just west of Std avenue), and Indian Creek Boulevard in <br />Indian River County, Florida. The improvements are intended to replace and/or <br />adjust existing water, non -potable water, and wastewater systems in a manner <br />that will eliminate potential conflicts between IRC's systems and future FDOT <br />roadway improvements.
