JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT <br /> AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> FOR THE ALTERNATIVE WATER SUPPLY CONSTRUCTION COST SHARING PROGRAM <br /> THIS AMENDMENT is entered into by and between the GOVERNING BOARD of the ST. JOHNS <br /> RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT ("the District"), whose mailing address is 4049 Reid Street, <br /> Palatka, Florida 32177, and Indian River County ("Recipient"), whose address is 1840 25 `h Street, Vero Beach, <br /> Florida 32960 and is effective on August 10, 2008 . <br /> WHEREAS, the District and Recipient entered into Agreement # S134 AA on August 9, 2005 , for the <br /> Indian River County' s Reverse Osmosis (RO) Concentrate Reuse Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the District and Recipient desire to modify the Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and <br /> valuable consideration, the District and Recipient, hereby agree to the following amendments : <br /> 1 . AGREEMENT PERIOD : Delete the previous Completion Date of August 9, 2008 and replace it with <br /> the following: <br /> The Completion Date shall be June 15, 2009. <br /> The District and Recipient agree that all other terms and conditions of the original Agreement are hereby <br /> ratified and continue in full force and effect. <br /> below.
