Stamile and they agree as follows: <br />The County shall perform the following, with respect to the property located at 4150 -9th S't,SMt no charge to <br />Bruce L. and Nancv G. Stamile. Vero Beach, Florida <br />If the existing fence is found to be in the proposed right-of-way The County will relocate the fence back on <br />the parcel owners property. <br />2. If the 9' of right-of-way being purchased should encroach upon the parcel owner's property to the extent that <br />the existing structure is found to be in the right-of-way, the County will demolish the existing structure and <br />dispose of the debris at no cost to the property owner. <br />3. The County will be responsible to remediate any part of the property, being conveyed, on account of debris <br />and other items buried under the surface of the property and their removal h7 Ko cost 7o vA liAbrlify ok <br />ceSponsibilit7 on-fhe_ PAPP D-(9a4F#eS. <br />4. The property acquisition by the County will not affect the number of cuts available from Oslo Road to the <br />remaining frontage, in terms of vehicular traffic access and egress.
