However, the sharing of the userid and passcode for the <br /> eric account is encouraged. <br /> b) Maintain the EMnet Emergency Messaging System via the ESATCOM data system in an <br /> operational status. <br /> c) Maintain the ESATCOM voice terminal (handset) in an operational status in the County <br /> Warning Point. <br /> d) Maintain the capability of activating the Emergency Alert System in the County.
