Submit payment for remaining 50% of service price. <br /> Warm_rLt}P <br /> 10, On-Call Workmanship Warranty (days 1 to 90 after Cutover) <br /> NEC shall be responsible for the following: <br /> 10. 1 . Provide on-call technicians during normal business hours. The technician's <br /> responsibilities include 1 ) Responding to alarm conditions and calls on NEC-supplied <br /> equipment and perform corrective action and 2) Performing preventive maintenance <br /> on NEC-supplied equipment. Other duties may be performed at the prevailing NEC <br /> time and materials rates. <br /> Customer shall be responsible for the following: <br /> 10.2. Report alarm conditions to the NEC Remote Maintenance Facility by telephone as <br /> soon as the alarm occurs. <br /> 10 .3.
