Attachment B and B-1 <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Base Grant funding from the Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance Trust Fund is <br /> intended to enhance county emergency management plans and programs that are consistent with the <br /> State Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and Program (reference Rule Chapter 9G8, Florida <br /> Administrative Code and Chapter 252 , Florida Statutes). This Scope of Work recognizes that each <br /> recipient is at a varying level of preparedness, and it is understood that each county has a unique <br /> geography, faces unique threats and hazards, and serves a unique population. <br /> In order to receive base grant funding, the Recipient must certify that it will use the award to enhance its <br /> Emergency Management Program. <br /> As a condition of receiving funding pursuant to this Agreement, the Recipient shall complete the work items <br /> approved by the Division and attached hereto as Attachment B-1 . Subsequent revisions during the term of <br /> this Agreement shall done by written modification in accordance with Paragraph (4) of this Agreement. <br /> 23 <br />
