<br />The County Attorney read for foregoing Notice and the Chairman
<br />asked if anyone present wished to be heard. Attorney Charles Sullivan
<br />stated that he represented property owners, the names being recorded
<br />in the zoning Board minutes of June 27, 1966, who had objected to the
<br />zoning change from M1, Industrial to Cl, Commercial, and that his
<br />clients have no objection to the proposed change from M1, Industrial,
<br />to M1A, Restricted Industrial, and feel that it would be in the best
<br />interests of the County that the change be made, The Chairman read
<br />a letter from Mr. Ralph Sexton and Mr, Dewey Reams, members of the
<br />Zoning
<br />of ,the
<br />stated
<br />Board, urgng the County Commission to follow the recommendation
<br />zoning board and leave the zoning as is, The County Attorney
<br />that the Zoning Board did not explore or discuss the possibilities'
<br />of reducing the zoning from M1 to M1A as compared to heavy industry,
<br />Attorney Walter Erickson presented a letter from Rogers Brothers
<br />Coal Company favoring the proposed change. Mr Erickson, also re-
<br />presenting Mr. Julian Lowenstein, ttatedithat this change would stop
<br />the creation of junk yards and presented pictures of the area, showing
