RESOLUTION <br />Nb. 66-32 <br />WHEREAS, The Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make_a..ts_final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing <br />in relation at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, B. IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Map be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Resolution be changed by adding thereto a <br />new Zoning District to be as follows: <br />SECTION 18, R2B, MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT: <br />A. Uses permitted: <br />1. Any uses permitted in R1 District. <br />B. Building height limit: No building shall exceed 35 <br />feet in height. <br />C. Building site area required: Every building site shall <br />have an area of not less than 5,000 square feet and a front <br />building line on the street of not less than 50 feet. <br />D. Side yard required: There shall be a side yard of not <br />less than 10 feet measured to the side building line of any <br />building. <br />E. Front yard required: There shall be a front yard of not <br />less than 20 feet measured to the front line of the main <br />building. <br />F. Rear yard required: There shall be a rear yard of not <br />less than 15 feet measured to the rear building line of the <br />main building. <br />G. Minimum floor area required: The minimum required floor <br />area of any single family dwelling shall be 600 square feet, <br />of a duplex, 500 square feet per unit and of a building <br />containing three or more apartments, 400 square feet per <br />unit, exclusive of open patios, terraces, attached garages, <br />trailers, carports or unroofed areas. Fifteen (15) percent <br />of the required floor area may be credited to screen porches. <br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />pc,. 17 16 • BOO 9 PA€696 <br />
