deducted from any sums due the CONTRACTOR for the work performed <br /> under this Contract . <br /> C . All construction survey work shall be performed under the guidance and <br /> direction of a Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper. <br /> D . All survey work for Record Drawings shall be performed under the guidance <br /> and direction of a Florida Registered Surveyor and Mapper. <br /> E . The following staking shall be provided on a one-time basis by the Owner: <br /> 1 . Corner Staking for Clearing . <br /> 2 . Vertical and horizontal control staking at corners (provided after clearing <br /> operations are complete) . <br /> F . Maintain a complete , accurate log of all control and survey work as it <br /> progresses . <br /> 1 . 03 CONTRACTOR ' S FIELD ENGINEER/SUPERINTENDENT <br /> A. Employ and retain at the site of the Work , a field engineer and/or <br /> superintendent capable of performing all engineering tasks required of the <br /> CONTRACTOR . These tasks include , but are not limited to : <br /> 1 . By 4 : 00 p . m . on each workday, prepare and submit to the ENGINEER , a <br /> list of work to be completed the following day. The projection shall <br /> include : <br /> a . Location of all areas in which construction will be done ( including <br /> Subcontractors ) . <br /> b . Major construction equipment utilized . r _ <br /> c. Equipment and materials to be installed . <br /> 2 . Check all formwork , reinforcing , inserts , structural steel , bolts , sleeves , <br /> piping , other materials and equipment. <br /> 3 . Maintain field office files and drawings , Record Documents , and <br /> coordinate all work with Subcontractors . Prepare layout and construction <br /> drawings for construction operations . <br /> 4 . Check and coordinate the Work for conflicts and interferes and <br /> immediately advise the ENGINEER in writing , of all discrepancies noted . <br /> 5 . Coordinate with the ENGINEER in field inspections . <br /> 1 . 03 SUBMITTALS <br /> A . Before beginning work , submit name and qualifications of Field <br /> Engineer/Superintendent to ENGINEER . <br /> B . Before beginning work , submit name and address of Professional Surveyor <br /> and Mapper to ENGINEER . <br /> C .
