(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Supplemental No. 1 to Work Order No . 5 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> The County owned lands known as South County Oslo Transfer Station Site . Bordered by the <br /> South Main Relief canal and Lateral " G " . Project also includes the County owned lands <br /> under the utilities department along the south side of the main site . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services for this SUPPLEMENTAL No. 1 to Work Order No. 5 is to perform <br /> follwing additional office survey tasks as requested by the County: <br /> 1 . Develop a Legal Description of the 60' wide utility easement for existing power poles and <br /> utility lines. <br /> 2 . Revise survey to include (two) easements and new lease areas of the existing <br /> communication tower and facility sites. <br /> 3 .
