We are enclosing <br />a copy of our engineers letter, dated Sept. 28, 1966, in which he makes. <br />note that the storm sewer is not located in the easement in question, but <br />in the ten foot (10') easement in the adjoining lot (lot 12, Block 1). <br />We.are making this request, since we are unable to use this lot unless <br />this section of the easement be abandoned. <br />Thank you for taking care of this matter for us. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Tanen Home Construction Co., Inc. <br />W/ <br />Melvin W.
