(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Supplemental No. 2 to Work Order No . 7 amends the agreement as follows: <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Oslo Road Phase 1 Right of Way Map — the SURVEY LIMITS shall begin at the FDOT baseline <br /> of US Highway No. 1 and continue westerly on Oslo Road to a point that is 100' west of 27th <br /> Avenue. The limits of the right of way mapping also includes 27th Avenue 1 , 300' north of Oslo <br /> Road and 27th Avenue 1 , 300' south of Oslo Road . <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The scope of services for this SUPPLEMENTAL No. 2 to Work Order No. 7 is to perform <br /> additional office survey tasks required to add the recording information for the TIIF (Murphy) <br /> reservations and releases as contained within the Ownership and Encumbrance Reports <br /> furnished by Atlantic Coastal Title Corporation for those parcels lying north of Oslo Road . <br /> Position the TIIF reservations and releases on the Special Purpose Survey based upon their <br /> respective legal descriptions . <br /> SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Supplemental tasks shall be completed within 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed . <br /> F:\Engineering\Capital Projects\0390-Annual Survey Contracts\Kim ley I lom\2004-2005\Oslo RW Ph 1\Supplementals\0390 wo7-oslo phase I <br /> row map supplemental # 2 1 -9-07.doc <br />
