SECTION 7 . TERM <br /> This employment contact is for a period commencing February 18 , 2009 and <br /> ending September 30 , 2009 , unless terminated earlier by either party . <br /> SECTION & TERMINATION <br /> This contact may be terminated at will by the County upon at least thirty days <br /> ( 30 ) written notice by the County Administrator to the Project Engineer. This contact <br /> may be terminated by the Project Engineer upon at least 30 days' written notice given to <br /> the County Administrator.
