ARTICLE 36 <br /> SAVINGS CLAUSE <br /> 36 . 1 If any article , section , or provision of this agreement should be found invalid , <br /> illegal or not enforceable by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted <br /> legislation or by judicial authority , all other articles and sections of this agreement <br /> shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of this agreement . If such <br /> action occurs , the County and the union shall meet within thirty days for the <br /> purpose of negotiating a mutually satisfactory replacement for such provision . <br /> 49 <br />
