ARTICLE 11 <br />UNION REPRESENTATION & ACCESS <br />11.1 The union will not be required to represent in a grievance any em <br />not a member of the union. <br />11.2 For the purpose of representing employees in accordance with the p <br />Article 24, "Grievance Procedure," the union may designate a maximi <br />stewards.
