t §�rh�rd' ai a <br />Saturday, October 22, 1966 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County met in Special session at the offices of Toni's Letter <br />Service at 2111 - 14th Avenue, adjacent -to the County Courthouse, <br />Vero Beach, Florida on Saturday, October 22, 1966 at 10:00 oclock <br />A. M. <br />Present were Robert W. Graves, Chairman; D. B. Mccullers, <br />Vice Chairman and Commissioner B. Q. Waddell, Jr. Absent were <br />Commissioners Donald Macdonald and Jerre J. Haffield. Also <br />present was Alfred H. Webber, Deputy Clerk who presented a <br />specimen ballot for the General Election to be held Tuesday, <br />November 8, 1966, and explained to the Board that it was too <br />large to be published as required by law unless it could be <br />reproduced on a smaller scale. <br />After inspection of the ballot and discussion with <br />printers and newspapermen present, it was moved by Commissioner <br />Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Mccullers and unanimously <br />carried that the Board approve the ballot as to form and <br />authorize its publication in the Vero Beach Press Journal on <br />Thursday, October 27, 1966, the size of the advertisment to be <br />reduced as may be necessary, but without becoming illegible. <br />There being no further business, on motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the Board then adjourned. <br />ATTEST: -2,;2„,-„-;7 4.044 <br />✓/' CLERK <br />OCT 2P 1966 <br />ROOK 10 PACE ?5 5 <br />
