1 .4 Document Ownership <br /> 1 . 5 The County staff shall review and approve all documents submitted by the <br /> contractor. All documents produced by the contractor under the terms and <br /> conditions of this contract shall become the property of the County without <br /> restrictions or limitations upon their use . <br /> 2 . 0 QUALITY CONTROL <br /> 2 . 1 The County shall have the right to inspect: <br /> 2 . 1 . 1 Any part of the contractor's work during performance including , but not limited to , <br /> packaging , labeling , and manifesting of all collected waste . <br /> 2 . 1 . 1 . 1 All closed drums (prior to removal from County property) . <br /> 2 .2 The County reserves the right to require the contractor to weigh each individual <br /> drum . <br /> 3 . 0 PAYMENT FOR SERVICES <br /> 3 . 1 The contractor shall submit an itemized invoice which shall provide the following <br /> information by service event: <br /> 3 . 1 . 1 Date (s ) and location of service . <br /> 3 . 1 . 2 Quantities , in pounds , by category , of waste collected per each service event . <br /> 3 . 1 . 3 Cost per pound of waste collected by category . <br /> 3 . 1 .4 Number of drums and other containers used for disposal . <br /> 3 . 2 The Pasco County Utilities Services Branch shall review and approve for payment by <br /> the County all invoices provided by the contractor under the terms and conditions of <br /> this contract . Invoices shall be verified through manifests and disposal logs , and <br /> approved by the County's designated representative . <br /> 4 . 0 The following documents must be provided by each applicant with the bid : <br /> 4 . 1 All applicable licenses and permits as specified in the bid . <br /> 4 . 2 Documentation of prior experience as specified in the bid . <br /> 4 . 3 References as specified in the bid . <br /> 4 . 4 Insurance as specified in the bid . <br /> -23 - <br /> ( Bid No . 07- 125K) <br />
