Forlifer Dickerson Florida, Inc . Rforlifer a@dfifl. com Terry opened the meeting. Terry stated the County has been trying to get the utility companies out of the way before starting the project . Chip stated Comcast still has some work to do . Chip stated during construction the Contractor will have to work together with Comcast. Chip stated Comcast needs to go over the drainage pipe in the railway right-of-way after it is installed by the Contractor. Terry asked if Comcast was going to be doing a jack and bore . Chip stated Comcast would be doing a directional bore . Terry stated that on the road construction section there is an abandoned water line that needs to be removed, drainage pipes that need to be removed and all kinds of wires . Terry stated the County has gone with a thicker base and no mixed sub -grade . Terry stated there are traffic boxes that need to be removed. Terry stated if the contractor wanted to grout some of the drainage pipe instead of removing it, in order to help with the maintenance of traffic, to let her know. ' Chip stated there is some drainage work that will be located behind some businesses . Chip stated this work will require small equipment. Terry stated to be careful and not block access to any of the businesses . Terry also mentioned that the ditch located at Parks Rental that goes out ' to 4th Street can not be filled in and block drainage until the new drainage is installed . Terry stated she thinks the most difficult thing related to this job is the maintenance of traffic . ' Terry mentioned that the contract states that the Contractor has to pay over time for the inspectors . Dick Destein asked if the lines crossing 4th Street do they have to be built in phases or can they go all the way across . Terry stated she didn ' t see a problem with going all the way across as long as traffic is flagged and maintained . rTim Rose asked if it would be considered over time if they worked night hours instead of day Y hours . Terry stated as long as they were not working night and day some thing could be worked out.
