This ADDENDUM is hereby made a part of and shall be attached to the subject <br />Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents. <br />All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to <br />ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in <br />response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties through the <br />Issuing Office as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior <br />to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be <br />binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. <br />All Bids must be received by the Purchasing Division office located at 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, <br />FL 32960 prior to the date and time shown above.
