We would like to offer our assistance to <br />insure that your project is constructed in accordance with the District permit. We will be <br />glad to arrange for a representative from this office to attend. any preconstruction meeting <br />that you may schedule for this project. For planning purposes, we ask that you give us at <br />least 10 days notice. prior to the scheduled. meeting. This will enable. us to gather all <br />necessary information regarding your permit. If no other preconstruction meeting .is <br />scheduled, you may arrange a separate meeting with only District staff. ' <br />On permits where mitigation is proposed, the permittee is required by condition to <br />schedule a meeting with'Distriet staff.
