1 <br />1 <br />F� <br />201 <br />SEAS there is not a sufficient amount of -revenue on hand in the General <br />Revenue Fund to meet the ctwrent and necessary expenses of the County to be paid from <br />said Fund, and <br />WBERE®S the Time Warrant Fund has a large surplus of cash on hand at this <br />gime, over and above all necessary amounts to be paid from said fund; <br />FORE be it resolved that the sum of $5j 201.03 be transferred from the <br />Time Warrant Fund to the General Revenue. Fund, on approval only of the State Comp <br />Upon being put to a vote the foregoing resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />It was ordered that Eli C Walker be permitted to drain water in ditch on the <br />North side of the South Gifford road towards the Indian. River. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were <br />examined, and found to be correct were ordered -paid. The bills and accounts being <br />on file in the Clerk's office and made a part of these minutes. The several warrants <br />issued against the respective funds being listed in the County Finance record in full, <br />and as such are made a part of these minutes as fully and ocmpletely as if the said <br />warrants were set out in detail in these minutes, and reference to said County Finance <br />record and the list so made for the respective funds are made a part hereof. <br />The several County Depositories filed their monthly statement showing balance, <br />receipts and disbursements for the month of January 1929, and showing balance at the <br />close of the month, all of which having been audited and check were found tonbe <br />correct. <br />There being no farther business on motion made, seconded and carried the Hoard <br />then adjourned until the regular meeting to be held in March 1329. <br />ON,/% ' 1 �� <br />
