Trademark Metals Recycling LLC <br />b a� <br />C,I:' <br />Trademark Metals Recycling LLC as Contractor under the certain contracts for Scrap <br />Metal Processing dated August 24, 2004 with St. Lucie County, FL as such hereby <br />requests and warrants to Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District, a dependent <br />special district of Indian River County, Florida ("SWDD") that: <br />1. the contract is attached hereto as Exhibit I and incorporated herein by reference <br />excluding term of Contract; <br />2. Contractor will perform the services set forth in Exhibit 2 attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference for SWDD under all of the terms and conditions <br />of the Contract; <br />3. All references to St. Lucie County Florida in the Contract <br />shall be deemed to mean SWDD; <br />4. Contractor will submit payment to SWDD, via check made payable to Indian <br />River County Solid Waste; and <br />5. SWDD will be named as an additional insured on all of the types of insurance <br />set forth in the Contract. <br />6.
