EXHIBIT "B" <br /> STATE RESOURCES : <br /> State Agency Catalog of State Financial Assistance (Number & Title) Amount <br /> DOT 55 .026 Transportation Regional Incentive Program $39839,360.00 <br /> (Department of Transportation) <br /> Compliance Requirements <br /> 1 . The project must be regionally significant and derived from a regional transportation plan. <br /> 2 . The regional transportation plan must be created by a regional transportation area created pursuant to <br /> Section 339. 155(5) Florida Statutes. <br /> 3 . The project must meet the minimum eligibility criteria listed in Section 339 .2819 Florida Statutes. <br /> 4. Funds will only be provided for capital expenses. Operations are not covered through TRIP. <br /> 5 . For roadway projects, the Florida Department of Transportation' s level of service must be adopted <br /> for the logical termini specified in the Joint Participation Agreement once the additional capacity from <br /> the project is available for purposes of concurrency under Fla. Stat. § 163 .3180. <br /> NOTE: Section .400(d) of OMB Circular A-133, as revised, and Section 215.97(5)(a), Florida <br /> Statutes, require that the information about Federal Programs and State Projects included in <br /> Exhibit "A" be provided to the recipient. <br /> 14 <br />
