e <br />• <br />General Election held on November 3, 1959, in accordance with the <br />provisions of Chapter 59-406, Laws of Florida of 1959, which said levy <br />shall be used as a maintenance fund for the purposes authorized and <br />prescribed in the Act c=reating said District; namely, Section 15, Chapter <br />7976, Laws of Florida, as amended by Chapter 12259,. of the Laws of Florid <br />3. Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, and a certified <br />copy of the Resolution filed with this Board,•as.required by law and as <br />estimated by said Board of Commissioners, it is determined and hereby <br />declared that a tax.rate of Thirty-seven'Hundredths (..37)mill upon the <br />dollar be''levied and is hereby fixed and imposed and assessed for the <br />year 1966, on all of the property in the County of Indian River lying <br />and being within the boundaries of the Central and Southern Florida <br />Flood Control District, the boundaries of said District being described <br />as including all of the County of Indian River. <br />4. Estimates having been made by the BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION <br />of Indian River County, Florida, and a certified copy of the Resolution <br />filed with the Board as required by law and aa estimated by,said Board <br />of Public Instruction, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax <br />Thousandths (3.354) o <br />rate of Three and Three .Hundred.Fifty-:four / of a mill®-- upon the <br />dollar be levied, and is hereby imposed on all property in the. County of <br />Indian River, the same being.;Twa and Eight Hundred Fifty-four Thousand;] <br />(2,854)mills to meet current expensesincidental and necessaryfor the <br />operation.of Public Schools of the.County,' and Five Tenthwl s5) <br />mill for reserves for County Buildings.:and Buses. <br />5.
