Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway Replacement: Measurement of concrete <br /> for sidewalk and driveway replacement shall be computed using the linear <br /> feet, as measured along the pipe , or sidewalk and/or driveway removed and <br /> replaced as a result of Contractor's operations . Minimum widths of <br /> replacement shall be as described in specifications or as shown on the plans . <br /> No separate payment will be made for sawcutting , excavation , formwork, <br /> ' reinforcing , or other work or materials required in connection with concrete <br /> construction . <br /> I . Concrete Encasement: Measurement of concrete for encasement shall be on <br /> ' the basis of the number of cubic yards of concrete installed , except that the <br /> maximum allowable quantity of concrete installed shall not exceed the values <br /> given below: <br /> Pipe Size (Inches) Max. Asphaltic Pavement Replacement: Measurement of asphalt pavement <br /> ' replacement shall be computed using the linear feet as measured along the <br /> pipe of asphalt removed and replaced as a result of Contractor's operations . <br /> Minimum width of replacement shall be as described in the specifications or <br /> as shown on the plans . Unit price shall include sawcutting , base and <br /> ' subgrade materials , compaction , etc. <br /> K. Grassing : Measurement of grassing (seed or sod) shall be computed using <br /> ' the linear feet, as measured along the water main pipe , or grassed area <br /> disturbed and restored as a result of Contractor's operations . The entire <br /> width of the disturbed area shall be grassed . Payment shall include all <br /> necessary grading , soil preparation , seeding , sodding , fertilizer, mulch , and <br /> irrigation . This pay item does not include grassing over disturbed areas <br /> associated with installation of water service. Grassing over water service will <br /> be a part of the pay item for installing water service (see section F above) . <br /> C04. PAYMENT <br /> Payment will be made at the respective contract unit and/or lump sum price for <br /> ' each item shown in the Agreement, installed and accepted , which price and <br /> payment shall constitute full compensation for furnishing all materials and <br /> performing all work in connection therewith and incidental thereto .
