' B . Utility Companies: Contractor shall notify the following known utility <br /> companies in the area 48 hours prior to initiating construction : <br /> Sunshine/One State Call , 1 -8004324770 <br /> Southern Bell Telephone, W. The Contractor shall give the Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar <br /> days notice of the time and place (or places) where he will start the work. <br /> D . When the Contractor's excavating operations encounter prehistoric <br /> remains or artifacts of historical or archeological significance, the <br /> operations shall be temporarily discontinued in that area and the Engineer <br /> ' shall be notified . The Engineer will consult archaeological authorities and <br /> determine the disposition of the remains or artifacts.
