PCO's 112 and 123 were previously approved in AIA Change Order 028. This COR <br /> confirms the funding source outside of the Owner's Contingency and inside the GMP. The balance of the AV <br /> Allowance of $15,000. is transferred to the Owner's Contingency. Included in AIA <br /> Building per Elevation Sketches issued by CO 28 <br /> Architect. Includes pressure cleaning, priming <br /> and repainting . Also, includes patching of cracks, <br /> sealant joints, and minor rusted areas. Does not <br /> include replacement of perimeter glazing sealant. <br /> 112 001 Add 314" asphalt overlay on Existing Health $70 , 000. Included in AIA <br /> Department Parking Lot, including painting of CO 28 <br /> stalls, remove and replace Wheel Stops , and <br /> addition of 920 LF of curb. <br /> Total Change to the GMP: $0.00 <br />
