the said personal property so seized or removed and recover by such <br />sale or legal process any and all sums due to the Board under the <br />terms of this agreement, plus the costs and expenses incurred under <br />the terms of this agreement. <br />34. The Licensee agrees to operate this business on a con- <br />tinuous daily basis throughout the year unless modified by the <br />Board. The Licensee further agrees to operate this business on the <br />holidays and weekends throughout the year. The Licensee reserves the <br />right to refuse service to undesirable patrons. <br />35. The Board does hereby reserve the right to cancel this <br />lease at any time upon thirty (30) days notice served as stated in <br />Paragraph No. 29 of this agreement, and in the event that this right <br />is exercised, the Board shall have the right to enter and take posses- <br />sion of said property as set forth in Paragraph No. 33 of this agreement. <br />36. The parties hereto agree that the concession agreement <br />dated November 23, 1966, is hereby cancelled and Ole same is null and <br />void. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board has caused these presents to be <br />executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners, acting by the <br />Chairman, attested by its Clerk, and its seal hereto affixed, and the <br />Licensee does hereby cause these presents to be executed by affixing his <br />hand and seal, in duplicate, either of which may be considered an origi- <br />nal. <br />INDIAN RIVER CO <br />Signed, sealed and delivered B� <br />in the presence of: <br />-11- <br />ROBERT W.
