1 . Lease Renewal <br /> That certain lease originally between CITY and the VOLUNTEERS , dated <br /> April 2 , 1956 , a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit " C , " as modified by <br /> the Amendment to Lease dated May 3 , 1994 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit " D , " is hereby renewed for an additional term of forty-five (45 ) years , <br /> so that the termination date of the lease will now be April 1 , 2049 . <br /> 2 . Legal Description <br /> That the legal description of the leased premises is hereby amended to <br /> read as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto . <br /> 3 .
