at a time so as to minimize economic hardship to the Seller and allow as close to normal <br /> business operations as possible , i . e . at no one time shall two golf course holes be <br /> unavailable to players due to construction . Furthermore , no construction activity may begin <br /> before June 1St of any given year and all construction activity shall be concluded and all <br /> equipment removed no later than October 31St of that same calendar year . All activity <br /> conducted upon the Property shall be done in such a way that all paved cart paths shall <br /> remain clear and in such a condition that golf carts can pass safely on any paved cart path <br /> at all times . <br /> 12 . 5 The County shall be responsible for all maintenance and repair of any equipment <br /> installed in the drainage easement . <br /> t 12 . 6 Upon the completion of each drainage pipe and equipment installation , the County <br /> I shall restore the Temporary Construction Easement and any affected surrounding property <br /> to as good or better condition . Restoration shall include , but is not limited to , fencing , turf , <br /> ndscaper with like species plants of equal maturity .
