Mr: Richard Saccardi, President of the Rockridge Property Owners <br />Association, and a group of residents of Rockridge Subdivision, appeared <br />before the Board and requested some relief of the drainage problem <br />particularly at Third Court and Rockridge Boulevard. After considerable <br />discussion, the Administrator recommended that he be authorized to <br />discuss the problem with Mr. Jim Thaxton, Maintenance Engineer of the <br />State..:.Road Department; that either the State or the County profile the <br />ditch(which runs parallel with Rockridge Boulevard) from where it receives <br />the water to the out -flow at the river; to remove the pipe and any, <br />other that would affect the program; design a new grade, being sure it <br />can be cut to proper grade; and to consider a box culvert at that <br />particular crossing to give it maximum hydraulic area for the water to <br />go through. Commissioner Bogosian moved, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, that the Administrators recommendations <br />be adopted. <br />Mr. Saccardi also requested a decision from the Board as to who <br />was going to enforce the Spedial Act regarding stray dogs. The matter <br />was referred to the County Attorney for study. <br />The Administrator reported that Mr, Arthur A. Proulx had been <br />notified of the zoning violation of the trailer at Sebastian Inlet Sub- <br />division and that Mr. Proulx has agreed to remove same on or before <br />January 20, 1967. <br />On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, the Administrator was authorized to <br />sign a certificate of license for Mr. Henry Thompsono fon the operation <br />of the Sebastian Inlet Park. <br />On.Motion by:Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />JAN 1R 1967 BOOK 10 PACE 225 <br />• <br />
