PERMITTEE: Indian River County <br /> PERMIT NUMBER: IR- 784 <br /> PAGE 3 <br /> 4 . Resurfacing of existing parking area is to be located a maximum of 54 feet seaward of the control line. <br /> 5 . A 12400t square lifeguard stand relocated to approximately 96 feet seaward of the coastal <br /> construction control line. <br /> 6 . A 6400t wide concrete path is to be located a maximum of 56 feet seaward of the control line. <br /> 7 . An outdoor shower area of dimensions 10 feet shore-normal by 10 feet shore-parallel is to be located a <br /> maximum of approximately 55 feet seaward of the control line in proximity to a surfboard rack. <br /> 8 . A circular bench is to be located approximately 37 feet seaward of the control line. <br /> 9 . A chain-link fence is to be located on the boundary line between parcels I and 3 and is to extend <br /> approximately 70 feet seaward of the control line. <br /> Et 10 . Landscape plantings are to be located approximately 60 feet seaward of the control line . <br /> 11 . Exterior lighting. See Special Permit Condition 3. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS : <br /> 1 . No work shall be conducted under this permit until the permittee has received a written notice to <br /> proceed from the Department. <br /> 2 . Prior to issuance of the notice to proceed, the permittee shall provide written evidence that a public <br /> notice of the Department's action has been published for one day in the largest newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the county where the proposed project is located . A certification from the newspaper <br /> showing compliance shall be provided to the staff. The public notice must be published within 10 days <br /> of the date of issuance of this permit. <br /> 3 . Prior to issuance of a notice to proceed, the permittee shall provide the Bureau staff- with a final <br /> lighting plan depicting the following: Change the Lithonia Lighting MR ] to a shielded LPS,fixture not <br /> exceeding 35w, change the Lithonia # VR! 23 and Nurech.113 fixtures to a fully shielded,fixture of an <br /> approved light source producing light with a wavelength of 580 nm or greater <br /> 4. Prior to commencement of construction activity authorized by this, permit , a preconstruction <br /> conference sha11 be held at the site among the contractor, the owner or authorized agent, and a staff <br /> representative of the :Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems to establish an understanding among the <br /> parties as to the items specified in the special and general conditions of the permit.
