SECTION 01210 <br />PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE <br />1.1 SCOPE <br />A. Date, Time and Location: The Conference will be held after execution of the <br />Agreement and before construction is started at the site. ENGINEER will fix the <br />date, time, and location of the meeting in accordance with the General <br />Conditions. <br />Be ENGINEER or OWNER Is representative shall prepare agenda, preside at <br />meeting, and prepare and distribute a transcript of proceedings to all parties. <br />co CONTRACTOR shall provide data required, contribute appropriate items for <br />discussion, and be prepared to discuss all items on agenda. <br />1.2 REQUIRED ATTENDANCE <br />A. CONTRACTOR and major subcontractors. <br />Be OWNER's representative. <br />Co ENGINEER and E.NGINEER's CONSULTANT <br />D. Representatives of utilities and governmental permit agencies having any degree <br />of concern, control, or responsibility, if available. <br />1.3 AGENDA <br />A. Agenda will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: <br />1. Designation of responsible personnel. <br />2. Subcontractors. <br />3. Coordination with other contractors. <br />4. Progress schedule. <br />5. Utility Concerns — Utility representatives as available. <br />a. Florida Power & Light <br />b. Indian River County, Division of Utility Services <br />c. Bell South <br />6, Shop Drawings. <br />7. Processing of Field Orders and Change Orders, <br />8.
