Commissioner Macdonald moved that in connection with the right- <br />of-way for State Road.512, now in condemnation suit, Mr. Darrell Fennell, <br />Attorney for the County in this matter, is authorized to settle by <br />payment to each of the three''owners of property the sum of $750.00 per <br />acre, plus, as to the parcel of Da A. Davis only, the additional sum <br />of $344.00 for 860 feet of fence and $200.00 for re -locating a ditch. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried. <br />Mc <br />Upon Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />11ers, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 67-10 <br />WHEREAS, B. Q. WADDELL, did, on January 3, 1967, complete <br />eight (8) years of service as a member of the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Waddell did, . during his years of service, render <br />valuable service to the people of the County and particularly to this Board by <br />his faithful and regular devotion to his duties, Now, Therefore; <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County that this Board does herewith express its sincere appreciation to <br />Mr. Waddell for his many years of faithful service, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board does herewith <br />respectfully recommend and request that the Florida State Association of <br />County Commissioners enroll Mr. Waddell as a sustaining member of that <br />organization, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolu- <br />tion, be sent to Mr. Waddell and to the State Association. <br />FEB 81967 <br />took 10 nce257 <br />
