rl <br />3.6 CLEANING AND PROTECTION <br />A. Clean exposed metal surfaces of substances that interfere with uniform oxidation and weathering. <br />B. Clean and neutralize flux materials. Clean off excess solder. <br />C. Clean off excess sealants. <br />D. Remove temporary protective coverings and strippable films as sheet metal flashing and trim are installed <br />unless otherwise indicated in manufacturer's written installation instructions. On completion of <br />installation, remove unused materials and clean fmished surfaces. Maintain in a clean condition during <br />construction. <br />E.
