On Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas and unanimously carried, the deputy sheriff's bond for <br />Joseph J. Schwey, in the sum of $1,000.00 with Hartford, Accident and <br />Indemnity Company, as surety, was approved. <br />On Motion by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas and unanimously carried,‘the following Item to Item transfers <br />were approved: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />A/C <br />951.,Contingency <br />683.7 Playground Expense <br />261.3 Election Expense <br />FROM <br />$17,500.00 <br />TO <br />$10,000.00 <br />7,500.00 <br />Commissioner Bogosian then brought up the matter'of having an <br />agenda for. the Board°s meetings. As a result of discussion, the <br />Clerk, the County Administrator and the County Attorney agreed to <br />forward to the Commissioners on Monday prior to each meeting, as <br />complete a list as possible of the matters which they knew will be <br />brought before the Board at the next meeting. <br />Upon Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian and unanimously carried, the Ballot for the First Special <br />Primary Election, to be held on Tuesday, February 28, 1967, was approved. <br />as presented. <br />Commissioner .Dritenbas moved, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian <br />and unanimously carried, that the Board request the Building Code Committee <br />to make a written progress report at the next meeting. <br />Commissioner Macdonald moved that the plat of Orange.Heights <br />Subdivision, Unit No. 2, located in and approved by the City of Sebastian, <br />be approved by the Board,. subject to the Administrator checking that it <br />has no adverse effect to the adjoining County roads or County drainage. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been <br />audited were examined and found to be correct, were approved and warrants <br />issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, Nos 6630 to 6671, 1 <br />both inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 4192 to 4236, both inclusive; ' <br />Such bills and accounts being on file in the,office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court, and the warrants so issued from the respective funds being. <br />Fr 2 <br />860 i0 rAtt.274 <br />
