The County proposes that the site be used for the <br /> construction of a Utility Operations Center to include water and wastewater operations and <br /> The overall facility is to be designed with a 20-year <br /> equipment and an emergency operations center. <br /> plan horizon allowing for interim growth, as necessary. <br /> Per the County's request, WCG, Inc. is to prepare a Report of the proposed facility and sitace needs, ersonnel, <br /> lopment <br /> dia <br /> improvements. The Report is to includecomplete <br /> sltwo (2)econceptual siaplans and rough order of <br /> equipment, etc.),conceptual building gram <br /> magnitude project costs. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> The Scope of Services for this project consists of four principal tasks-Project Programming, <br /> Conceptual Building Floor Plan, Site Design and Rough Order of Magnitude Project Cost. The <br /> following is a summary of the specific scope requirements: <br /> Task 100 Project Programming <br /> Through meetings(3 minimum)with County Utilities' staff, develop building and site project <br /> program that will become the basis for conceptual site plan design. Upon County approval of the <br /> Project Program,WCG, Inc. will initiate the conceptual floor plan design. <br /> Associated Not-to-Exceed Fee to complete Task 100: <br /> $7,500.00 <br /> Task 200 Conceptual Building Floor Plan <br /> Based upon the approved Project Program, develop a minimum of two(2)conceptual building floor <br /> sical relationships of the various building elements in terms of office <br /> plans that will describe the phy <br /> space,public and County staff circulation,ancillary uses such as break room, restrooms,mechanical <br /> space, etc. The plan will be performance driven based <br /> of a Conceptual Floor P anve use of space while g <br /> iinto consideration future needs.
