Unmarked utilities that are damaged will not be eoSyntec ' s <br /> responsibility. <br /> ESTIMATED COSTS <br /> GeoSyntec proposes to complete the proposed scope of work on a lump um basis . <br /> The lump sum cost for the excavation work, laboratory analysis , soil disposal , and <br /> preparation of a letter report is $4,900 (based upon the maximum excavation and <br /> disposal volumes detailed above) .
