PAGE TWO <br /> BCC Agenda Item from Michael O ' Brien , County Surveyor <br /> Township/Sectional Study Survey <br /> June 15, 2004 <br /> SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION/SUBMITTALS (Phase 1 ) <br /> Phase 1 shall be completed, in its entirety within six months (240 calendar days) of notice to proceed . <br /> A +/- 50 % preliminary survey report and/or submittal shall be due between the third and fourth <br /> month stage of the project . All final submittals and revisions shall be complete at the six months <br /> time period unless pre -approved by the County in writing . <br /> Carter Associates , Inc . shall inform the County Surveyor of the progression of the project on a bi - <br /> monthly basis in the form of letter and/or personal consultations . The County shall be included in <br /> any meetings and/or outside consultations pertaining to the outcome of said project . <br /> SECTION V — COMPENSATION (Phase 1 ) <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered <br /> according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section II of this Work Order No . 2 (Engineering) , <br /> a Lump Sum of $ 63 , 917 . 00 . <br /> All invoicing shall be supported with documentation (Man hours) of time and materials spent prior to <br /> payments . <br /> The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of the <br /> AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein . <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this 15th day <br /> of June 2004 . <br /> CARTER ASSOCIATES , INC .
