(CAI) is pleased to present this ; proposal for professional <br /> surveying and mapping services for the above referenced project. <br /> As requested and based on our site visit and discussions we have assemble a scope of <br /> services for this project with the associated costs . <br /> The following is our proposed scope of services : <br /> Scope of Services : <br /> 1 . Spot elevations through hammock area (Part of Parcel #313909000000.0200000`1 . 1 - <br /> Hammock area/Triangle Parcel) and Parcel #31390900000002000002 . 0 ' — Old Grove <br /> Area) . Spot elevations to identify high and low areas as well as existing major drainage <br /> features and ground elevations . CAI will attempt to define as much of the drainage <br /> features as possible in the hammock area. <br /> 2 . Spot elevations of open field area (Old Grove area) adjacent to Jungle Trail including <br /> typical cross sections of existing ditches (Parcel #31390900000002000002 . 0) and Jungle <br /> Trail to easterly edge of roadway - Cross sections to be observed on +/-200 foot intervals . <br /> 3 . Cross sections of rivers edge along Parcel #31390900000002000002 . 0 frontage and <br /> proposed "open cut area" — Cross sections on +/-200 foot intervals to establish the Mean <br /> High Water (MHW) line as interpolated from DEP and/or previous elevations as shown <br /> on record boundary surveys .
