(ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . <br /> This Work Order No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> Bridge over Sub-Lateral B - 8 Canal at 13th Street S . W. east of 58th Avenue <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Work Order No . 1 is for providing the design of a three- lane bridge , utilizing as many <br /> pre-cast components as possible to minimize the disruption and inconvenience to the users . <br /> The bridge will be located in the current location .
