(SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This <br /> Work Order No. 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No. 1 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a Boundary and Improvement Survey <br /> for the existing Lennies Lounge site at 1959 43`d Avenue, Indian River County, Florida . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between Carter Associates , Inc. and Indian River County, the SURVEYOR <br /> shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work <br /> Order No. 1 described as follows : <br /> Part of Tract 9 , Section 4 , Township 33 South , Range 39 East and Part of Lots 1 and 26, <br /> Pinewood Subdivision (plat Book 2 , Page 89 , Public Records of IRC , FL) less additional right-of- <br /> ways for 43`d Avenue and State Road 60 .
