RESOLUTION NO. 67- 36. <br />WHETkEAS, BERTRAM J. BELLAY has made application for the <br />vacation of Unit 1, Bell-Aycres, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 59, public <br />records of Indian. River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian Rider <br />�alY <br />".t <br />County, Florida, deems it in the best public interest that said plat be vacated <br />in whole; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that in accordance with Paragraph 192.30, Florida <br />Statutes of 1965, the entire plat known as Unit 1, Bell-Aycres, as recorded in <br />Plat Book 6, page 59, public records of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />more particularly described as being a subdivision of the East 324.0 feet of <br />the West 496.0 feet of Tract 2, Section 16, Township 33 South, Range 39 `East, <br />as shown on the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Co. in <br />Plat Book 2, page 25, St. Lucie County public records, now lying and being in <br />Indian River.
