No . 9321 ) <br /> DATE: January 8, 2007 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On October 4, 2005 the Board of County Commissioners approved an annual agreement for <br /> Professional Geotechnical Services , with CTI -Construction Testing & Inspection , Inc. for various <br /> services including but not limited to Field and Laboratory Construction Materials Testing in <br /> Indian River County under IRC Project No. 0534. <br /> The purpose of this Work Order is to provide testing services for the construction of the subject <br /> projects. <br /> CTI-Construction Testing & Inspection , Inc. submitted a proposal outlined in the attached Work <br /> Order No. 1 , (Engineering) and scope of work (Exhibit A) for these projects for a fee not to <br /> exceed $ 8 , 540 . 54. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends approval of the attached Work Order No. 1 (Engineering) authorizing the <br /> above-mentioned project as outlined in the attached scope of services and requests the Board <br /> to authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Work Order on their behalf for fee not-to- <br /> exceed $ 83540. 54. <br /> FAEngineering\Capital Projects10209-0th Street Bridge Over Cooch Ditch10209 BCC Geotech Work Order 1 01 -03-07-mn.doc <br />
